Service: OntoNotes.ai is an ontology generation platform, APIs, and neural processing tools provided by Tronology.ai, a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore.
User Content: Data, documents (PDF, DOCX, TTL), or prompts uploaded to our neural engine.
2. Subscriptions & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Refund Policy: Consistent with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore, all fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current term.
3. Termination & System Abuse
Our platform utilizes intensive AI compute resources. We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy toward infrastructure interference.
We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and without notice if we detect:
- Attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass security protocols.
- Prompt injection attacks or code designed to overload our neural processors.
- Excessive API requests that exceed fair-use quotas or degrade service for others.
4. Privacy & PDPA
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore or resolved via the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
